EMEA Account Manager
Compensation Range: (GPD) 40-50k base + 30-40k commission potential (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview
This role is focused on account management in EMEA. The main goal of this position is to drive revenue by growing current client relationships. We are looking for someone to help us meet and surpass business expectations which will contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. In this position, you will be expected to speak knowledgeably to customers about how they can get the most value from Quid. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships, setting account goals, and managing the overall client experience for your portfolio in the EMEA region. You will also provide confident, high-energy, custom presentations and lead meetings with minimal guidance or supervision.
Role Objectives
Manage a $2M portfolio and ensure account renewals for assigned customer accounts, collaborating with Quid managers on quarterly business reviews, retention strategy and upsell initiatives
Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and develop corresponding value proposition
Create and earn a trusted relationship with users and executive sponsors from clients’ organizations – brands or agencies
Achieve/exceed revenue targets in assigned customer accounts and business objectives defined by company management
Build plans for strategic clients, designed to help them succeed with their configuration and meet their business objectives
Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to build/launch growth programs that highlight the value of platform enhancements
Requirements
3+ years relevant work experience in a Sales and/or Account Management position
Results-oriented individual, with proven ability to lead by example and be a team player
Proven ability to develop executive relationships across an organization (ie. Executive sponsors, decision makers, procurement, etc.)
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans, customer renewal contracts and creative solutions
Genuinely curious about how consumer & market insights can solve business problems
Excellent customer facing presentation, written, and oral communication skills
Good understanding of the EMEA market, and its specificities (additional European language is a plus – French, German, Spanish)
Advanced understanding of SaaS environments & affinity for the industry/ ability to pick up new skills quickly
Drive to work autonomously and proactively
The ability to multi-task and troubleshoot under pressure
Willingness to travel for customer meetings
BA/BS degree
Preferred Skills & Experience
5+ years working in a Client-facing role
Experience working with the Quid platform
Experience working in digital and/or social media marketing, analytics research, consumer insights, market insights, etc.
Experience working with (or for) an AI-enabled platform
Demonstrable knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
